Slow & Steady

 

This approach is perfect for those who work a ton of hours or have young children. In other words, people who opt for this package usually don't have 3-4 hours every single day to prepare meals, practice yoga, meditate, etc. So for them, they can easily accomplish their health goals without feeling too overwhelmed.

 

On this specific program, weight loss is true to its name: Slow & Steady. This is not the approach to take if you are looking for drastic weight loss in a short amount of time. Since most clients who start off on the Slow & Steady begin as “semi-vegetarians,” or vegetarians, meat & cheese are still technically allowed to be consumed. I do not recommend eating meat or animal products in any way, and I strongly urge all clients to go completely vegan (or at least as close to vegan as possible), but I must also remember that it took me 5 years as a vegetarian to get to the point where I was finally willing to give up cheese.

 

That being said, clients on this program are still technically allowed to consume some of the wrong foods, aren’t practicing yoga as often as those doing the Fast Track, and therefore lose weight at a slower pace. But this isn’t a bad thing! Throughout the process, you are gradually learning how to live a more natural lifestyle by slowly adapting the practices you need to truly shine.

 

Fast Track

 

This approach is perfect for those who are completely fed up with their current state of health and are prepared to take drastic measures to rectify the situation. If your goal is to lose weight quickly or get off the meds and correct an existing health problem right away (diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, etc.), this approach is for you.

 

You must be prepared to dedicate 3-4 hours each day to this program as vegan (no meat or animal products of any kind!) cooking, yoga and meditation are practiced on a daily basis. Switching from an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy one (overnight) is equivalent to a part-time job. The only difference is that the income derived from this job is ALL YOURS! You get to reap every single benefit! It’s the most rewarding job you will ever have.

 

On the Fast Track, weight loss is immediate as a strictly vegan diet is vital to having a truly slim and healthy body.  Outer AND inner results will come very quickly through a combination of the yoga, meditation and clean eating.
